Prior to joining Hedaya Capital, she was an associate in a large New Jersey based law firm, representing corporate clients in commercial litigation, including bankruptcy and turnarounds. Elina's legal background and experience in business reorganization enables Hedaya Capital to structure optimal financing solutions that provide working capital, factoring, and purchase order financing for an array of industries, including apparel, consumer goods, food and beverage, and others. Elina earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, and her B.S. from New York University's Stern School of Business. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. | ||
